The Terrace with the ocean view, especially for sunset . I appreciated the kitchenette and the location.

The property was very close to an outdoor DJ music site filled with electronic music all evening until one in the morning at times it kept me from sleeping and was very annoying

Good location, size and clean

Unfortunately, I had a rare incident where the water heater on the wall in the bathroom broke in the middle of the night, spraying water everywhere. I spent the whole night emptying buckets of water into a toilet cause no one could come till morning and when I went to a different hotel I was not given a full refund. To be fair, had I not spent the night collecting water the damage world have been far worse.

Ideal location, with a shorty walk to the restaurants, bars & coffee shops.

Loved the location. Close to everything. Loved the little balcony overlooking the sea. The apartment was fresh and clean with everything we needed. Communication with the host was easy. Also felt very safe and secure.

Everything was wonderful. (Maybe some new towels??)

Nothing, all was great

The room with the large terrace is in fact a studio with a small separate kitchen and all that you would need for a pleasant stay, including an espresso machine with complimentary Nespresso capsules from the host. The location cannot be better, just around the corner from Fonte Aretusa. We were lucky to witness the Santa Lucia di Maggio procession from the patio overlooking the Via del Maniace😁

It can get a bit noisy in the evening, which is understandable, given the top location. Our room had limited sea view, however the patio is huge.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped and in the center of the old city.

Perfect location with your own private balcony overlooking the water. Right along the promenade. A short walk all over Ortigia including Castello Maniace. Very clean suite complete with all you'll need for your stay even cooking. Jessica was a great host and would text occasionally to check how we were doing. Highly recommended.

We learned on the first night that we cannot take back-to-back shower because the hot water runs out. We just gave it ample time in between showers, and it was ok after that.

The host Jessica was just a lovely person. Very helpful and very easy to contact. The accommodation is exactly as the photos show. It's superb and the bed is very comfortable. The balcony is just a fantastic feature the views of the sea are splendid.

No complaints. All very very good.
