Struttura molto ben tenuta e, visto anche il periodo (ottobre), molto tranquilla. Staff cordiale e disponibile. Appartamento dotato di tutto e pulito.

È un bel residence, gli appartamenti sono ben congegnati e hanno spazi esterni privati ampi e funzionali.

Mancava un po’ di “calore” nell’appartamento. Le abat-jour a pile non sono funzionali. L’illuminazione è data da una unica plafoniera centrale nel locale che fa un effetto un po’ triste.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the pool and surrounding area was neat, clean and tidy. The pillows were very comfortable. The double room was a decent size with a big enough wardrobe. The shower pressure was good quality.

We felt the apartment was dated and tired containing the bare essentials. There is a huge mosquito issue and we felt the apartment could have supplied a zapper of some kind, which would have helped. The aircon kept tripping and the wifi was almost non existent even after having received a booster from reception, which made working away from home quite challenging at times. The beds for my adult children were far too small and the room they were in was barely big enough for one bed let alone two. As we had booked for almost two weeks, I would have expected fresh linen after the first week as well as fresh towels but nothing was forthcoming and we were expected to either wash what they had given us or pay for fresh linen. The towels also had to double as pool towels too, which we felt was unhygienic. Pool towels should be supplied automatically as anyone flying to a destination has to be aware of the luggage limit and ordinarily wouldn't pack towels. In the end, we left two days before our due date and found accommodation in Florence instead.
