Thank you for receiving us in your apartment, we loved everything and very comfortable connection with the hotel services which is right beside :)

We initially booked two apartments for 12 people (6 in each). A few hours before arrival, we were informed that only one apartment was available, and that the other 6 guests would need to stay in two hotel rooms, at a price €200 higher than the original booking, with access to the spa facilities included. Despite explaining that this situation was not our fault and asking for the price to remain the same, the rate was not adjusted. In the end, we accepted the offer as we had no other option at such short notice. That said, the staff were very kind and helpful. One lady from Pula in particular was wonderful — she showed us everything, explained all the facilities, and made us feel very welcome. In the end, everything turned out well, but we strongly feel that this change should have been communicated much earlier, not just a few hours before arrival, and that charging an additional €200 in this situation was not professional.
