La localisation géographique le logement est très central et calme idéal pour une jeune famille.

l'accès au 2nd étage sans accesseur n'est pas bien mentionné dans l'annonce, pour des personnes âgées. La propreté de la douche était moyenne il y avait de la moisissure noire sur les joins. L'accès à la douche est difficile, pour des personnes âgées.
