Parking availability. Dangerous in finding a parking space as this is a busy street. Lack of privacy when pulling into parking space. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Smell of sewer in bathroom. Smell of cigarette smoke in lobby.

We were lucky with the reservation, it is not easy to find a place like this, the gentleman who did the reception is very kind, the service is excellent, they have a terrace above where there is the bar, we had a very abundant breakfast, price and the location is excellent, you can also get help in situations where you need information or difficulty in moving,the room was very large there was a kitchen where you can cook and also fridge oven, hairdryer, everything you might need.

There was an electrical problem in my first room and the staff gladly moved me. They even helped with my gear. Big room. Great breakfast!

Lobby had a strong stench of cigarettes. Time to empty the ashtrays!

Breakfast was amazing with a selection of bread, olives, za'atar olive oil, fruit, coffee etc. Location was perfect as it was only a 5 minute drive or a 20 minute walk to the Petra visitor's centre/entrance gate to Petra. You've got restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores all next to the hotel.
