Petra Visitors Hotel

The owner and the stuff are really really nice and helpful. The rooms are big and you have a kitchen and living room. The bedroom is big and also the bathroom is ok. Only a few meters into the centre and a 3min car ride to Petra.

Only thing was the not that well equipped kitchen. There are stuff for cooking missing (like pans, sharp knives…).

The room was perfect - the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked and the bathroom was quite spacious. The service was top notch as well. We had a couple of early starts so the owner gave us a breakfast pack each day (perfect for our hike into Petra). The location is in walking distance from Petra (so we didn’t need to worry about parking near Petra’s entrance). Finally, there’s also a rooftop restaurant - really handy for a meal if you’ve been hiking all day and don’t want to go out again.

For the breakfast - lunch box - simple but quite ok. Good supper served in the local restaurant. Great localization. Great personnel.

The location was top, in the centre and near to Petra. The boss was very friendly. Brought us breakfast in the evening because it was Ramadan. We could stay in the room until 16.00 before check out. We did late checkout because we first went to Petra.

The bathroom could be better

The apartment was very dirty, the furniture was very old and worn, the breakfast was a casserole with tomatoes, cucumbers, bread, some melted cheese, a small box of hummus and two bananas. Very poor compared to the price of the accommodation.

Breakfast was okay. Lots of shops and restaurants just right to the apartment. The owner is very helpful in accomodating us despite our situation

No room heater. It was cold. We need to ask to change our room. We moved to another room. But the water heater is broken. So much trouble unfortunately. But i believe they can improve
