AMAWARI HOTEL -SEVEN Hotels and Resorts-

The hotel was absolutely amazing value for money. The rooms were large, the location was very central (as long as you have a car) and the operation was very smooth.

This is not the fault of the hotel, but the location is amongst some pig farms (as is much of Okinawa) so there was a smell when the wind blew the wrong way. But the hotel itself was very effective at keeping the smell out of the room.

先ず良い点は　清掃がいきとどいててカビ臭くなかった（沖縄はどこも湿気多くカビ臭い所多い） あと、フロントのお姉さんが愛嬌あって良かった 悪い点は　コンビニ遠いしカフェやレストランも近くにないので車が無いとかなり不便

The place is very clean, and the laundry is very convenient to use especially after a day at the beach. Staff is only present for check-in but was kind and polite.

The staff was super nice. They helped us with separating garbage in different trash cans, translations when calling taxis, information about the hotel, and many more. Within the first floor of the hotel is great! The bathroom has a lot of room for wheelchair users and more. Food delivery, like UberEATS, manage to find the location at times. Lastly, the laundry room on the second floor is the best part of the hotel. Laundry detergent was available at the low cost of only 100 Yen (0.65 cents USD).

The location of the hotel is thirty minutes away, too far away from any supermarkets, convenience stores, etcetera. It was hard to find any Uber taxis anywhere near the convenience store area. In our room, the beds were tough, but adequate, had no stove, no pots, no silverware or dishes, had little space to walk around, a nice wide desk, and the bathroom had a step, which made it harder for my family because of their disabilities. But we were given some dishes and silverware, making up for one of the partial flaws we had. Overall, our experience at the hotel was challenging, but we made it work. However, when it comes to the location, I would highly recommend anyone to book this hotel with caution.

The hotel location was a bit hard to find at first

Very friendly staff. Very spacious room, so quite comfortable. Unlimited use of the washing machine and dryer. Instructions on things such as where to throw away garbage and where to borrow cutlery could have been made more clear in the beginning.

The location was not very convenient. No convenience stores nearby is definitely a minus.
