Apartamento cómodo y espacioso. El barrio es tranquilo y tiene servicios alrededor. Está bien comunicado.

El suelo de la entrada estaba sucio al llegar y no había herramientas para limpiarlo (cubo, mopa...). No había trapos de cocina, sólo una mini-bayeta. Se escuchan los ruidos de otros apartamentos y algunos de los vecinos fueron bastante ruidosos.

"コストパフォーマンスはいいがトイレがくさい"

札幌駅から歩ける範囲にあり、価格も十分安い。 ベッドがロフト(2階？)にあるため、想像より広い。

ベッドの下に体液は入っていなかったが使用済み避妊具が落ちていた。 最悪なのはトイレや風呂場。便器などはよく清掃されているが、壁の水道管が出ているあたり一面がかびていて非常にかび臭い。冬に管理が十分できていないのではないだろうか。 最低でも、換気扇常時オンの張り紙は必須だろう。
