Sheets & linen weren’t clean, with spots Guest reception system is inefficient & long Bath (banya) is awfully unclean, especially the shower zone/can’t close doors Plenty of room yet used inefficiently, not cozy

I like the support from the property and tried to help even though the staff doesn't speak English.

What we disliked was the horse poop outside the property around the lakeside.
