- Great facilities: fridge, microwave, kitchenware, cooktop - Ability to use outdoors grill (firewood included) - Staff quick to respond - Free parking - Quiet area - Decent location, ~15min walk to city center

- Unpleasant smell in bathroom/shower area (sewer odor trap malfunction?) - Wi-Fi internet: not really suitable for work: ~22Mbps down, barely ~2Mbps up. Had to use mobile internet hotspot instead. - Poor sound insulation (wooden house), could hear guests from neighbouring rooms. Had no issue sleeping though
