Location was excellent

Keys hand over was really unclear. It was also not possible to reach the owner to arrange it. Internet didnt work for half the stay.

The apartment size was as promised, beads comfortable.

We came 3pm to check in the apartment, but we were told that the room is still not ready and we must come back 30 min later, check in time in booking.com given 2pm. In reception, we were told that the car must be parked behind the corner on the right side, but no one told us that must be parked beside the wall, as local residents came threatening that our parked car bloking his entrance and he will block our car with lorry next time. But if the car would be parked besides the wall, then needed to step in a big puddle of water. The next morning, we left for two hours and went back to the apartment. we found our apartment doors unlocked, wide open, and no one inside. When we checked the apartment policy rules, it was saying that they were waves any responsibility if something went missing from the apartment. Cobwebs in every corner overheads. Apartment nr 2. Disappointed 😞

Great location. Nice, modern apartment with everything you need. Cosy and comfortable.

location very good big flat and clean

The location was great, the apartment was clean and tidy.

The shower drain was blocked, the door was not on the rails. And the bathroom door handle was broken.
