Great service, great location!!

Everything was great, we end up staying for longer than expected, but easy to add more days.

Super comfortable bed, great host. Fridge was stocked with water soda and beer that was free.

There wasn't any hot wate inr the morning. Not sure if that's normal but it was the only issue I had.

everyone was friendly, helpful, always very attentive to any request from us.

Still under construction, check in was in the pharmacy, only a fridge in the room, no microwave, coffeepot, plates,cupes... The staff supplied some stuff after asking for. Ventilator hits the closet if you open the closet door.

I believe we may have been one of the first people to stay in this room. It was brand new. Very nicely decorated. The beds were hard as a rock but EVERY bed in Mexico seems to be that way! No breakfast but we knew that. Check in was bit rough ONLY because of a language barrier. Staying outside of the large cities and resort areas, the people typically don't speak English. Thank God for Google Translate. They were very helpful. Someone went to the room with us and went over a checklist to orient us to the room and its workings (AC, TV, etc). That was a first and a very nice touch. There was a great little coffee shop downstairs and two doors down. Great coffee! No real restaurants near the hotel but we had a car and went to a wonderful place near Centro.

I would have a couple suggestions for the owners. There are many cupboards in a kitchenette area with a sink, small fridge and 2 burner stove but not even a cup to drink water, towel or garbage can (there was one in the bathroom). Not the end of the world and they may be planning on stocking it at a later time.
