The room looked nice and was fairly modern and had a nice view

The manager was very shady and unpleasant. After making a non-refundable reservation, we were informed that no other person could set foot in the establishment, even for a few minutes-- not to meet up with us before going out, not in our room, not in the common areas, not on the deck, not at the pool, and absolutely no exceptions were allowed. When we contested that, the manager said that it is not a hotel and we should leave immediately. We were forced to request a refund and leave after one night there. A very unpleasant experience.

The Staff and Apartment

Views were amazing. Place was clean & quiet.

There is no set hours for reception that we could see, and the casa is quite high in the hills so you may be left waiting to get in. You must ring to get in. The outside is pretty but they need better upkeep on the grounds, pool , and paint. Rooms are quite large & modern, but sparsely furnished. No real comfortable furniture for lounging.

I liked the location. The view from the pool was beautiful.

The facility is very run down. Plaster is peeling off the walls in the bathroom. The shower smells of sewer. Ants were running around the room for days. The pool tiles are chipping off. The noise from several guests was horrific!

Nice views. Quiet neighborhood. Big room. Javier picked us up and dropped us off at the airport, and he's a lovely young man.

Lots of the facilities are run-down and in need of repair. The place doesn't have much staff and it's big, with nice infrastructure in its day, but the bloom seems to have faded. Very steep uphill from the Malecón. Not much level walking.

I love this property. They were so attentive and highly would recommend anyone to stay here. They were amazing.
