La Casa Blanca

Welcome tequila shot, beautiful ocean view from the room, balcony and jacuzzi on the patio. Also the staff was great and very helpful - really appreciated their availability and willingness to go above and beyond.

I was getting some bugs and lizards into the room from the patio. Kinda expected, but I am super bad with having them around. The staff came to the rescue next day with the insect repellent, vacation was saved :)

These were the best apartments I stayed in during my vacation, very nice staff, clean rooms and bed linen and towels, jacuzzi on the terrace and a very beautiful view of the ocean. Thank you!!!

The location was close to everything. Plenty of things to do within walking distance. The terrace pool and tub were amazing. The room was exceptionally large with an amazing view of the ocean with two balcony’s. Highly recommend this place.

Nice suite with all the amenities I needed. Great location in old town, close enough to the action but far enough away to be peaceful.

Some advertised features of the hotel were not working or did not exist. Waterfall feature was off and the hot tub attached to the pool did not work. I was in the "Studio Apartment with Sea View" which is described on this site as follows: "This apartment includes 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower and free toiletries." The description gives the impression of multiple rooms, but is simply one open space. While overall fairly clean, the room could use a deep cleaning. One of the blackout blinds that shields the room from the atrium lobby was so frayed that it stopped working after a few days of my stay. Clearly, it had already seen better days, but had not been attended to. One of the sliding glass doors to the patio was not operable. There were numerous areas of mold and peeling walls in the bathroom.

Fabulous location with amazing outdoor space and views across the whole of Puerto Vallarta. Very clear instructions on how to find the property. Very friendly staff. An incredibly comfortable bed and huge room & bathroom, with great kitchenette.

Very little to point out, was a shame there wasn’t anyone on site to staff the bar or at least instructions on how guests could serve themselves and pay. The room could have been cleaned on the second day but wasn’t but equally it wasn’t clear on how to request the service.
