Condominio Brillante GDL

It's a nice new complex with few condos. It has a beautiful rooftop and it's located in a good area for visiting the city (it's close to everything and it's a Mexican neighborhood full of kind people). Staff and the manager are great and always there 24/7. Our apartment had a nice view and it was very big (3 rooms).

No having AC was a problem. I noticed that in Guadalajara AC is not used that much and probably we took hot days, but still it was hard to sleep and the ceiling fans didn't help that much. Also the 2 beds we tried were not that comfy (like if the base was broken). The apartment was not that clean, but it was probably a mistake/misunderstanding of the cleaning crew. The manager offered to clean it again for us and that was nice.

Everything was great! Location, Price, cleanliness, etc Mario and Paula were great and were super when we needed to add another family member for 2 nights. Will definitely will use it again in the future. And the Tacos at the corner at night were delicious! Too bad we did not have enough time to use the pool; looks great!

Small issue with the parking one time, but Mario took care of it immediately. Parking will not accommodate big vehicles.

The amenities and the space in the apartment. There's always service in the entrance and the doorman was very kind.

The location was not super close to the center or public transportation but at least there are places to buy food around the area.
