"Location was great, but the housekeeping was horrible."

The location was everything! Right in the center of downtown. Feet away from the beach and restaurants. The pool was big and had a hot tub and jacuzzi. The view from the room was beautiful .

All of the sinks had black gunk (looked a lot like mold). Some of the kitchen cutlery still had food on it (though tucked away in the drawer as if it were clean). The shower curtain in the living room was extremely dirty. The bed sheets smelled like sweat and still had sand from the previous family. The shower- head in the master bedroom had hair and the knobs on both shower nozzles were broken.
