Location, full kitchen, comfortable, spacious, perfect

I like the pool ,my kids liked it alot.The clean beds and facilities and the location.Furthermore, I like the friendly staff.

Tranquil property located nicely between the dock and the beach so you didn’t have to walk very far to go anywhere. Nice mix of local restaurants and more fancy ones too. Well equipped kitchen although our freezer didn’t really freeze so well. Comfy bed and nice hosts!

I never saw none one in the property to received us, or to ask for something you have to be able to clean, buy extra supplies in case you need it! But the thing I was not able to swallow was the lack of maintenance in the share space, like the swimming pool, the broken chairs, the trash, mosquitoes around the property, the door unattended, the place looks abandoned! I saw only once a guy for like 2 hours in it, but he didn’t did a nothing but seat in a chair! And then he left!

Room is spacious, bathroom amenities are provided, ac works well. Location is a but outside centro but within walking distance and has restaurants and supermercado nearby. Best thing is it doesn’t flood in front of the hostel and it’s 2mins walk to the best playa in Holbox!

We got there and there was no staff. The room had insect feces on the floor and the smell was like the room was vacant and not cleaned for a while. Bed sheets and towels were not very clean too. We didn’t use the kitchen much because it didn’t feel clean too. Bathroom didn’t have exhaust so it was so hot even if you take a cold shower and smelled bad all the time too. It also rained a bit heavy while we were there and the water went straight inside our room. We asked for mop but it didn’t look clean so we didn’t use it and had asked the staff to clean the floor for us if possible. He was helpful but we could tell he was hesitant which was strange. Outdoor area especially stairs weren’t clean too and lots of mosquitoes and insects. I also forgot my power bank and charger there but they never reached out to me, good thing I remembered and thought to ask if I left it there. Of course it was my fault but initiative to inform us would have been nice. They told us there’s no mail service in Holbox so no choice but to just leave it there. Lastly, I chose this place because it said they had the best internet in the island but it’s not. I understand internet is hard in the island but I might as well have stayed somewhere else nicer since it didn’t seem internet was the best here. Overall, didn’t feel worth it for the price. :(

Hard to find as its name is different from what we booked its only called Aloha n locals don't even know where it is.Was a bad time to visit the sand road was flooded

This was my 3rd time staying at this property, cannot beat the location and value for money. Booking again for December this year.

i think the room had mold on the walls. The room was bit humid. the pool is nice, but a bit odd, cause you cant relax nearby

The location was amazing. 5 mins walk to the beach and the rest of the town. The bed was so comfortable, I had the best sleep here and I loved the hammock in the room!

There was a really bad smell from this empty plot which would seep it if you left the bathroom or kitchen window open.
