The terrace with its wonderful view and comfortable seating. The front desk personnel we helpful and responsive. The location close to the Zocalo, 20 Novembre Market walking distance to Centro. Lots of purified water available for free.

The noise of street traffic at night. The shower took too long to get warm enough. Some weird smell at times from outside through the bathroom window

Love the rooftop!! Really nice space you can have your morning coffee or your sunset beverage!! Great view! Also, plenty of secure parking. Comfortable bed! Conveniently located. You can walk all around. They had some drinking water available. Which is extra nice when traveling!

The bathroom was small. Large shower with no shelf, very small toilet area. Laundry service was unavailable.

The location is great, not too far from the central Zocalo, the town square, and easily accessible. The accomodation was large, a little dark (but that's due to the architecture in Oaxaca in general). The bed was comfy. I tend to base my reviews mostly on how well I slept, and I slept well here. The staff were friendly and there was filtered water available from tanks in the corridor, which was great.

The room was a little dated and quite dusty, under the bed could do with a decent clean... If you are self catering (this place does have a little kitchen after all), then you will need to bring stuff, very lacking - one cup, one pan one plate, and no knives or much else for these purposes... luckily we were not self catering. Could do with a new shower head.
