Zen at Midhills Genting

The first impression when you go in, the unit is clean. Check-in processes was easy.

The washroom had an unpleasant smell. A kind of stinking. Even at the midnight, we heard furnitures pushing sound from the above unit.

The room very well designed with nice flooring and 2 queens beds. My childrens are excited and keep jumping and playing. The kitchen utensils are of high quality.. Bathroom was supplied with two bottles of shampoo and big bottle of body clean gel.

Just not too convince without front desk check in assistant personnel around. Need to follow the check in instructions @ treasure hunt like to look for key in the mailbox with assigned password before the keys can be reached to utilize lift and to enter the room. Good to have front desk assistant for family and olderlly people

We love staying at Midhills. We've been here few times already. This house is so nice. The seating in front of the tv is just brilliant, fully utilising the limited space of the house. We love that they have heated pool there. Not so near to shops, but not too far as well

THE bathroom IS REALLY SMELLY!!! LIKE THE SOMETHING IS STINKING THE BATHROOM BUT CAN NOT FIND WHAT IT IS!

met with a broken chair that my mom almost sit on but that issue was created by previous customers so it has be resolved.

The swimming pool is warm enough and the scenery was nice and quiet place.

The person in charge was hard to contact and last minute after I’ve reached Genting Permai then they send me the location and the procedure to check in. They should send it a day earlier or the morning before I started my journey. The location is quite faraway from the shop and restaurant and it’s not convenient if u don’t have car. The restaurant and pool side cafe open till 9pm and there’s not even 7eleven shop inside. And about the room the aircon inside was leaking since we moved in till we checked out. Not recommended to staying in.

Clean, neat, comfortable room. We like the kitchen facilities such as the water filter, kettle, tools, all are clean and quality, safe to use it, it's important for family trip, we are enjoying our breakfast during the accommodation as we brought some foods like bread, cakes and instant coffee , taking a good rest and relax.
