The duvet on the mattress was not clean And was far away from city centre

The property is spacious and really good for a family. The amenities are complete.

It is hard to find and limited parking space. A bit noisy as you can hear other guests too.

Location. It was near the funeral place which is why we needed the apartment so my relatives can sleep and swap places over night.

The staff were very rude. Upon arrival they barely showed us inside. They also told us to make sure to tell them if we’re going to use the TV. The apartment was very hot inside even though the AC was on and one of the windows was open. We tried to close the window but it wasn’t closing properly and upon doing so, it fell and broke. They blamed it all on us and wanted us to pay 2000 pesos. The repair man came and fixed the window and he told my relative that the mechanism was actually already broken. They were also very strict on people coming in and out and they were always asking questions. We told them that we’re staying here because of a funeral nearby and we’re only using the place to rest for a bit. I wouldn’t recommend this place because they will blame you if something breaks that isn’t your fault.
