Henry's Newport Deluxe Condotel

The concierge in the lobby doesn’t cooperate with person in charge of the hotel

The check in was confusing as there are 2 entrances. Once with the person giving the keys I was taken to my room, which at first glance looked clean. However, I found several roaches in the bathroom and sadly that made the usage of it very uncomfortable

Te TV remote was not working at all even with the extra battery so no Netflix, no movies. There are dirty furnitures (seat, table, couch). Only bed was clean, I think. Not booking with this hotel again in the nearest future.

Pool was nice, the sofa bed is not very comfortable.

Nearby the airport,affordable hotel

The staff was great and very accommodating. Henry's Newport is our go to place to stay when we arrive and depart Manila. There's a grocery store actoss the parking garage and many restaurants within walking distance. Bery
