Location is very good. Very good acces to shopping mall and groceries as well as food court and restaurant .. and a free shuttle service to world resort is a bonus. Thanks @Hemry’s New Port

The room is not clean, the amenities are not present

easy access to the airport and kindhearted staff. Room that I took is reasonable price but the bathboom door lock is missing. No problem to me cause solo traveler. Has a chipping cup and linen too old. Could have a better comforter/bed cover at least inexpensive but not too old and fading.

very convenient to stay not to far from the airport. Access a free shuttle/van and pick up to and from newport resort and nearby hotels. Nice and kind staff to answer queries. I know per night of the room that I took is reasonable price but it would be better if the door knob of the CR is fixed though I didn't worry cause all by myself. The bed cover as so faded and could have been upgraded a bit. Could have changed the chipped cup with inexpensive ones. Just a suggestion.

Great location

People are all nice but we needed more towels. 1 bath towels for 1 person is not enough because we needed a bath mat, face towels, and another bath towel for the swimming pool.
