Staff were ok. Location good. Aircon and wifi good. Towels smelled good.

Am sorry but owner or management should look into their water it's so rusty, dirty an has fouls smell and the color of urine, so unacceptable. The kitchenwares were neglected, uncleaned and chopping board moldy, the bed was badly positioned facing the door. They have an issue with pest (cockroach). The other guests/ tenants were noisy especially around past midnight up to 4 a. m. The lighting in the room is poor. Have some care about your guests nobody even helped with my luggages to carry up the stairs. I disliked my stay there am glad I only booked 2 nights.

Priority for us was parking space for our van but there was none available- all parking was full at the property

Cockroach infested killing 10 a day despite spraying stuff. Very old and worn, poor maintenance and over 7 nights no cleaning at all. With area poorly lit and dogs barking all night.
