2 BR Corner Executive Suite at Lafayette Park Square Megaworld Blvd Unit 5H

I would like to get my full refund due to the following reasons: 1. I did not stay in the condo , I left after seeing it wasn’t worth the money I spent & the following reasons A. We waited awhile just to get into the property B. Shock to find the condo is not fully Air conditioned at this HOT weather! There’s an air-condition in the masters bedroom but it was soooo low that there’s no way anyone can be comfortable. C… when we got inside her helper Michell said to me that she was advised by the owner to Lock the other room since there’s only 2 of FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! I’m suppose to get 2 bedroom suite that’s what I paid for! D. Michele, owners helper said we have everything in the cabinets such as pots and pans . As soon as my cousin opened the cabinet door under the sink, it just fell off! Omg! We found the nails were rusty and so the bottom of the door cabinet was already old and small pieces were falling apart.I even took a picture to send this to the owners and also I advised the two front desk working that day on August 7 around 2pm. Diane is one of them.

The Advertisement were false especially in connection with suite 2 bedroom, I end up with one bedroom only and also this place is supposed to be Fully Air Conditioned but not. The living room, dining room and leaving room were hot and not a pleasant way to stay your day. In All this I would like a full refund back to my Credit card at your earliest convenience. This is my first time and I learn a good lesson. Thank you for your time!

Spacious, nice staff at the location, nice pool area

+ We booked over booking.com (browser). After booking an apartment for 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) with a non-refundable rate the owner contacts us asking for the age of our children. After sharing that info, he says for every child above 6 we need to pay 400 extra per night. (Even though the suite is good for 5 and we stated that we are 5 people in the booking). -- after some back and forth he says we can pay him directly. But we insist it goes over booking. -- booking contacts us and says they will update the booking. Price now is 200 per child extra. -- overall therefore bad pre-arrival experience that left us feeling we where victims of hidden fees + Some pillows had a bad smell + Old rusty shaver in the shower

Not dislike but can be improve e.g.,air-condition needed upgrade to cool the rooms and sitting room well To remove dust please before guest occupy the unit

The place is superb. Will rebook if i go back to iloilo
