"W miarę ok jak za tą cenę."

Obsługa miła pomocna i zawsze wychodziła na przeciw problemom. Miałem wykupione śniadania ale z racji tego ze wcześniej wychodziłem nie miałem możliwości zjedzenia go. Dzień wcześniej został mi przygotowany posiłek bez problemów.

Pokój nie był zbyt schludny, brak żarówki w pokoju, odchodząca wykładzina, popękane drzwi od łazienki.

"W porządku"

Pokoj czysty, hotel w dobrej lokalizacji, nie było problemu z zameldowaniem w nocy. Pieniądze za pobyt zostały nam pobrane przez przypadek 2 razy ale wszystko się udało szybko wyjaśnić telefonicznie i w ciągu 15 minut otrzymaliśmy zwrot na kartę.

W łazience nie było szamponu. Rano recepcja była pusta - nie wiedzieliśmy jak trafić na śniadanie i przez kilka minut szukaliśmy kogoś z obsługi.
