Komturia Old Town by Fahrenheit

Easy access to shopping and tourism Streets. Great views over the river. A lot of sitting furnitures. Very large rooms, above standards.

Very hard beds. Bad condition on the couches and sofas. Stains and worn leather. An aircondition that sounded even when turned off, even the next door resident came and complained about it! A whole appartment but no sink, so all water had to came from the bathroom for making coffee. Only one table even If it was a lot of dining chairs and two sofas do there was no real areas for putting things down. Master bedroom had no curtains or blinds for the Windows. The side that faced the Street was very noicy but thats fair concidering its downtown. Staff was really snorky and neither showed us to our rooms or gave us enough key cards, so no one could go out on our own since same key for opening is used for the lightning fixtures to work. First night was horrible, there was a party in the basement and the staff at the reception said that they were gonna close at between 10 and 11 pm, but they kept going until 4 am. When talking to the reception they just didnt care and they refused a refund for that night. Terrified for getting a bad review they offered us a free breakfast but im glad i didnt payed for that for the rest of the trip. Seen better things to eat at hostels at half price. The place could be good with some tweaks but i cant recommend anyone doing a visit, especially with a family.

These apartments are in a great location, just by the water and walking distance to everything. They are very spacious and airy and have views of the river and the bridges. The staff was efficient and friendly.

There was some kind of misunderstanding with the receptionist and I was led to book an apartment on the ground floor (apartment 2) even though I had asked for a high floor. There were was a lot of noise coming from the restaurant directly downstairs, with loud music and people coming out to smoke just below our window. The lifting bridge just in front also makes noise many times a day, although we found that picturesque. There is no restaurant in the building, so you have to walk one block to the Fahrenheit Hotel for breakfast.

Noise from the street can be disturbing at night since it’s one of the most central locations, also close to the bridge which is pipping when opening/closing. and also lots of light from the street at night (curtains could be a bit thicker as for my taste)

FANTASTYCZNE miejsce! Z Klimatem. Wszystkie wygody, elegancko i ze smakiem urządzony apartament. Lokalizacja- lepiej być nie może! Malowniczo- przy Motławie.

Kiváló az elhelyezkedése. Az Óváros szélén, a Motlawa folyó partján, az Óriáskerékkel szemben, végtelen mennyiségű étterem közelében található. Az ablakból a kilátás gyönyörű, mindig valami történik a folyón, érdekes a híd felemelése és leeresztése. Pár perc sétára vannak a nevezetességek, a pályaudvar, éttermek.

Az előnyöknek árnyoldalai is vannak. A híd felnyitásakor sziréna és szöveges üzenet figyelmezteti a gyalogosokat. Az apartman alatti - egyébként kiváló - étterem emeletén nagyobb társaságok szoktak mulatni. És ez mind hallatszik az apartmanban. A nyugodt alváshoz füldugót mindenképp ajánlok használni!
