Aguada of the Seas

I like the beach.

A lot of noise until 3am. Can’t slept during the night, music, people talking loud nearby the property until 3 am. No hot water, the room in a third floor without previous announcement of no elevator available. Not a good room for relax vacations.

The good things about the property are the location and the restaurant next door is exceptionally good.

The address posted on the website took me to the wrong location 30 mins drive away from the actual property. An hour + was wasted finding it. The apartment itself was a garden unit, the purported balcony was a small concrete entryway facing the street below street level. The apartment itself appeared to have been recently partially remodeled and newer furnishing except for the bathroom. It was under equipped, there was not a single kitchen towel, hand towel or even a paper towel in the apartment. Only several bath towels that were a little worse for wear in the bathroom and that was it. The hot water in the shower didn’t work, additionally only the cold water faucet worked in the bathroom sink. The 2nd bedroom is a tiny room with bunk beds and didn’t have a door, no privacy and I would not consider that a true 2 bedroom. The cherry on top was the bed bugs. I slept in the room with bunk beds and am now covered in bed bug bites. My companions slept in the master and were not impacted by the bed bugs. I would not recommend.

Comodo y lo mejor de Todo el Restaurante en el primer Nivel mega Rica la comida muy atento el personal y los precios mega Razonables económicos

Solo como comentario para Que sigan mejorando y prosperando deben mejorar las camas para un mejor descanso de la clientela lo demas excelente buen lugar todo muy limpio nada de insectos.

It's proximity to the beach

The place was very dated and there was air conditioning only in the bedroom. One was needed in the living room.

The location is excellent. A few steps to a very quiet beach. Hammock outside apartment to swing in. A fantastic restaurant on the beach- great fish. The property is very basic but very clean. Lady who does cleaning is wonderful. It’s a rural, quiet setting- no frills- a great place to “switch off” Easy to enter apartment with code. Receptive host. Great A/C in bedroom. Good location - close to Aguadilla and Aguada- not far to Rincon.

Better couch would be nice - tables by the bed. Lamps as well as over head lights. Screen on door.
