Sofá-cama desconfortável para as crianças. Televisões com péssima imagem. WiFi com sinal muito fraco. Relação qualidade-preço não adequada.

Very spacious and clean apartment. Friendly staff and easy check-in. Very nice yard lounge area.

Large apartment with kitchen facilities. Apartment was on ground floor so it was easy to access for those with limited mobility. Location close to clock tower, Praia Republica, and ferry terminal. Two short streets to harbor promenade. Not far from Peter’s Cafe Sport, whale watching, boat rides and Porto Pim. Grocery store very close. Horta town is very photogenic especially from ferry to Madalena, Pico in the morning.

No breakfast included. No tv stations in English.

The staff was fabulous. They really helped us out in a critical situation. The apartment was clean and I loved the outdoor courtyard. Easy, free parking on the street.

The bedroom had no natural light. The window was shuttered. More shelf space in the bathroom would be helpful.
