Perfectly situated in the middle of the island and easy to get to either side within an hour. Has everything you could possibly need to live there for a short period of time (or even longer). Owner incredibly responsive to any questions we had and even very quickly responded to resolve an issue we had with accessing the property.

A nice place with lots of commodities. The owner Antonio is super nice and very helpful. The place was generally clean and the bed was comfortable.

The street is busy and noisy. It gets better at night. Some of the dishes and cooking pots were not well cleaned by the previous guests. The sink in the bathroom is blocked

It has all you need to enjoy stay - clean, good and big bed, hot and stron water, fast WiFi. This automatically gives 8. But there is more to that: free and big parking, very nice host, coffee and kitchen amenities. But what is the best is location between two amazing restaurants - Bar Coloura with fish and Casa Do Abel with meat. This makes this place exceeding expectations. It is also good spot to explore island.

Nothing major - maybe changing the pan and toaster would help? :)

The apartment is well stocked and very comfortable. The host was most helpful and responsive.

The apartment is equipped with everything you may need, from a hairdryer to a washing machine! The place is divided into three layers, ground for kitchen and bathroom, 2nd layer (only 5/6 steps up) a living, and on top the bedroom and a small area where to dry your washed clothes. Also parking on the property is available which is very comfortable.

I was on constant communication through booking.com of our arrival time, and we still ended up waiting in the cold wind for the key. Also when we rent an apartment we do not go in with our shoes, someone from the staff came to change the towels and left wet footsteps all over the ground floor. I think s/he should have saw the shoes next to the door and should have removed them.

I can’t imagine a better choice of accommodation. The house was amazing and very clean, everything you might need is there: nespresso, beach towels, iron, washing machine etc The owner was super helpful and kind, appreciate everything 😍 I would totally recommend to stay here

Very nice apartments with everything you need. We enjoyed our long time stay there.

It’s not a con, just a fact, we were told that cleaning is going to happen everyday, but it was done each second-third day
