Please note that meals are served at Hotel Santa Catarina, located on Avenida Tomás Cabreira, 1640 feet from Apartamentos Mirante da Rocha. Cleaning is done every 3 days and bed linen changed once a week. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made with a third party credit card, any previous charges will be reimbursed and the full payment will be requested upon check-in.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Da localização, e do tamanho do apartamento.

Do barulho, durante a noite, conversando no andar embaixo, batendo portas,até de madrugada. No apartamento ao lado. No aplicativo, dizia que tem estacionamento, mas existe um controle, por outras " pessoas ". O Hotel Santa Catarina, não se responsabilizou por nada,Nem o ramal eles atendem.

Location is amazing. Close to the beach, shops and other amenities.

Apartment had a weird smell from the pipe coming from bathroom near toilet to the kitchen.
