Central area and close to beach and city center. Good are for long walk and hikes. Price it's ok for what they are offering. Felt save. Friendly neighbours.

One big cockroach entered in the room at night while I was sleeping. I heard a persistent noise and turned out to be a roach crawling in a wood floor. The ventilations from the bathtube wasn't well isolated and might led to roach investation. Windows without any net to protect from mosquitos or other bugs. The net would be useful specially because the room has no air conditioning or fans for the heat.
