Casa Josef Bacon - La Strada -

Good location.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms. They are connected, but no door between them. Not ok for 2 couples. Maybe it will work for a family. Very dissapointing as the pictures from the site do not reflect the reality. The small kitchen was not usable. No trash. Not able to wash dishes. No stove. Just a sink and a few cabinets.

The manager was a great help once we got his attention. He's busy with other businesses, so was a bit difficult to reach. But, he was a hero at the end of our trip getting us to the bus stop.

The unit was not really as described. On approach the place looked like an abandoned house, uncut grass, overgrown patio, broken umbrella and no place to sit except one old wood chair. There was no balcony as expected, just the landing at the top of the stairs. There was no comfortable chair in the room. The bathroom was dirty (see picture of moldy shower curtain). If it were not for the nice family staying in the next apartment, we probably would not have stayed.

The location is perfect, very central, near many restaurants and sites. The apartment was nice and spacious.

The listing says parking is included but that is misleading. There is no parking provided, either on site or off site. You have to find your own parking outside the citadel. However you can drive up to drop your luggage. The bathroom also smelled like cigarette smoke that would enter the room if the door was open, it was unpleasant to use the bathroom because of that.
