Overall clean, good location, good amenities, decent price, staff was helpful, the building is new, clean, air conditioned and airy, it also has a small terrace where you can have a drink with friends. I was lucky to get free parking on the property but it is not guaranteed.

The bathroom doors offer very little privacy. The bathroom door has no lock, my 1 year old kid can just push it and come into the bathroom while doing my business and access the only garbage bin which has no cover. Also if you have someone over in the room you feel very exposed because the door is glass and 1 cm around it there is nothing, you can just look and hear everything. Nobody likes this trend with exposed bathrooms and I wanted to mention it. One of the bed sheets had a stain, but to be totally fair overall the room was cleaner than my own home.. The AC was a bit weak for the size of my room but it's there. The room was very large and in the loft so it was pretty warm. These are not deal breakers, it's overall very good and I recommend it

I liked the building, the room and most of all the area.

It was a little too warm for us in the room and we would have liked better coffee. But everything else was realy good.

The accommodation has a great location, the room was clean, and customer service was excellent.

The room door didn’t seal properly when closed, allowing light and noise from the hallway to come through. The bathroom fixtures felt cheap, the shower leaked from time to time, and the water was barely hot. There was also an occasional unpleasant sewer smell. Additionally, the parking spaces were extremely tight, barely fitting a compact hatchback, and parking wasn’t guaranteed. Another downside was that there was no fridge or glasses in the room — these were only available in a communal kitchen downstairs.

The location is very good, close to anything you would want in Felix. The hosts are very welcoming and asked us at all times if we needed anything more. The kitchen is clean and has everything you would need to eat there. The room was very clean and the beds are comfortable.

It is more of a preference, but I would have liked if the bathroom had a proper door and not only a glass door. The door to the hallway does not isolate so you will hear other tourist talking and walking on the hallway or in their rooms.

The location is perfect, so that was my main reason for booking - one can walk to the thermal baths in under 10 minutes. It was a nice room, clean, good size and quiet enough if the neighbouring rooms don't have people/kids talking very loudly. Fixtures could use a bit of an update/better upkeep, but everything was working well enough during our stay. There was coffee on the house in the shared kitchen, which one can use even for cooking if needed. One can use their parking spaces in front of the property for free.

The shared kitchen can be reached from the outside of the building housing the rooms themselves, so in case it's cold or raining I can see a bit of an issue there. The existence of the shared kitchen does however mean that there's not even a glass for water in the room itself, so one will need to go grab it from the kitchen.
