Locatia are potential. Cand am fost noi, era in plin santier. Interiorul este placut, designul unul modern. Exista un cuptor cu microunde, plita cu gaz, dar si un aparat de cafea. Este o dotare minima cu vesela de bucatarie. Era gel de dus, sampon si sapun de maini in baie. Gazda foarte prietenoasa. Exista parcare proprie.

Prosoapele, desi erau spalate, miroseau urat, a mucegai. Lenjeria de pat nu era din bumbac, ci dintr-un material sintetic. Nu erau plase de tantari la ferestre. Firul Hotei din bucatarie nu ajungea la priza, deci nu se putea folosi in lipsa unui prelungitor. Cratita din bucatarie era spalata superficial si avea smaltul spart. Este necesar un scurgator de vase in bucatarie. Frigiderul era nedezghetat de foarte mult timp. Nu existau cani pentru ceai. Mai era nevoie de un cos de gunoi in baie. Mopul din baie era murdar. Este necesar un cuier pentru haine pe hol. Colectarea gunoiului nu se face selectiv. Pretul este nejustificat pentru problemele care sunt.
