The quick check in and out. Initially there was a language problem with the lady receptionist but there was another staff who communicated for us so no problem, but she gave good customer service.

Just the language barrier other than that it was fine.

"It was nice."

The staff was nice and coperative. The place is in a quiet area so was quiet peacful. Easy access by the riders when the food was ordered.

At least coffee machine should have been there and some basic kitchen utnesils for short term travellers. Or serrvice should be avaialble by the hotel for short term travellers. One should have a car if planning to stay for a long term.

"over all place it was fine. anyway most of the time we are outside we just really need a place to sleep, rest and shower"

clean and quiet, it is near to the malls and airport

things were not available as mentioned in the description. like hair dryer, slippers, towels. also the microwave was not working when we want to heat our food
