AQUA Boutique Hotel- Secluded Ocean View Suites & Infinity Pool

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l’Aqua Boutique Hôtel. Le personnel est adorable, nous avons reçu un accueil très professionnel et gentil. L’appartement était très propre, avec une vue imprenable sur l’océan. La piscine était magnifique. Tout était parfait. Nous ne pouvons que conseiller de séjourner dans cet hôtel. Hotel très bien situé pour visiter l’île.

La montée jusqu’à l’hôtel est extrêmement raide.

Petit hôtel a taille humaine, très calme. Personnel accueillant et très sympathique Vue magnifique sur les hauteurs Petit déjeuner piscine au top (en supplément)

Attention la vue se mérite, une route très abrupte pour accéder a l'hôtel. Nous avons été surpris a l'arrivée.

• Rooms were kept clean and housekeeping was consistent. • Parking was available on site.

Rude staff with an unhelpful attitude — they come across as greedy and only interested in money, not guest satisfaction. • Miserly with amenities — only 1 towel per person, and it feels like they are trying to limit how many showers you take. • No proper customer service at all — no bellboy, so you are left carrying your own luggage up to the 3rd floor. • The location is terrible — as many reviews already say, it is impossible to reach on foot and extremely dangerous by car. We drove all over Mahé and Praslin, but this was by far the steepest and riskiest hill we encountered. • The views are misleading — not like the pictures. There is a 300m gap of roads between the rooms/“infinity pool” and the sea, so it is not the beachfront experience you are led to expect. • Shower area is tiny and impractical. On top of that, you need to run the water for around 10 minutes just to get it hot. • Breakfast is an absolute scam — misleadingly advertised and not worth even a fraction of what they charge. • Overall atmosphere is unwelcoming, with staff more focused on extracting money than offering hospitality.

Perfect furnitured apartment. Lovely staff. Nice little infinity pool. Clean.

Not much to do. No bar or chill area. To me it didn’t mattered though. I loved everything about our stay. I was there with my 4y old daughter.

It doesn't mention it anywhere but it's on a hill and you definitely need a car to get up the hill, it's a tough climb. I had a birthday they didn't offer anything not even a plate of fruit or something small. The lady with black hair at the reception made me feel like we were not particularly welcome.

Good room in style and furniture nice view from swimming pool

poor flexibility and not very focused on customer satisfaction Not a very good location and impossible climb if you don't have a car and challenging even with car (better not a small car) On 2nd floor ocean view is a little ruined by a grassy space like a small garden with a railing but this could be my impression, manager told me that some guest prefer that floor with that view.
