Very comfortable apartment, good spaces

Under the bed was all dirty, with some plastic bottles and dusty

We never had a breakfast but if you want to have a breakfast, you need to go to Patong Mansion Hotel, same for to pick up the keys for the accommodation. Location is not very bad, it is 20 min walk to the beach.

When you open night time the windows, was strait coming smell from the sewage outside and the smell was so strong, we needed to keep the windows and the doors shut all the time.

Nothing! I had bad experiences after posting the review. I had to remove the first review and post again so that anyone who books with them know what they are.

First- the room had bed bugs and I had developed rash on both my hands. Second- the pictures shown in the description doesn’t belong to the hotel. It is from a different hotel opposite to Heaven apartments. They just lure the guests but not worth it. On top of all these, I posted a review yesterday- 28th October 2024 and received a message from Heaven Apartments which was more of a disrespectful and rude and as per them I am a liar. They don’t know how to treat a customer. I had to block the number as I didn’t feel good after having a chat conversation with them. As a customer, I have the right to speak and the person who messaged me was talking as if it was a charity that was done to me. He/She who messaged me told me that my words are nonsense and meaningless. I would like to let the hotel/accomodation know that I spent money to come to Thailand and I am not any random person who is dependent on charity to take all this humiliation. I wouldn’t suggest this hotel ever to my family and friends or any close ones, not only because of their hotel condition but because of their behaviour after the hotel stay was reviewed. Final words- If you want a good stay, AVOID THIS PLACE

The apartment was spacious and very modern. The shower was great. The staff was nice. Best value for this price.

The location is not on the main streets but 12 min walk from it.
