Room: it was as stated in Booking.com Clean: the room was vey clean and cleaning servcie was available daily. Noose: The walls are not soundproof. Could here the persons in the next room. At about 0630 onwards you can hear the aircrafts. There was no aircraft issues during the night. But for people sleeping late and who are light sleepers it can be an issue. I am a light sleeper, but wake up early so I did not have any issues with noise. WiFi: was very good Food: no food available in this hotel. However, they provide plates, bowls and cutlery for you to use, when you get food delivered or you bring takeout to the hotel.

Location: it is a bit far to walk to night market or street food (However, at night there is a street food place that opens at about 6 PM and is about 15 minutes walk from the hotel). There are decent restaurants and Thai food places within walking distance from the hotel.

Great location and facilities. The staff were so friendly and were able to accommodate us for an extra night.

Lovely smaller-scale hotel that looks like it was recently decorated. Our room was spacious and loved being on the ground floor with a little terrace. It’s in a quiet setting off the main road and pretty handy location between the old city and Nimman.

Stayed here twice as we enjoyed it so much. Very comfortable and close to the main centre and Nimman. Large and comfortable room with a great shower.

The room was spacious and clean with a big comfortable bed. Nice desk space, cupboards with hangars, fridge and kettle with water and coffee provided daily. The sliding doors and windows to the patio help regulate the airflow and temperature too. The toilet and shower were clean and spacious. The front staff weren't always there, but when they were they were always very friendly and helpful. Nimman and Oldtown were both less than 20 minutes walk away.

The "gym" was pretty disappointing. It was more like a small room with a few pieces of older equipment. No AC, just an old fan on the wall. My room was right by the entrance so I could hear most guests leaving or entering.

Very modern, new, large and clean room. Perfect for our stay in Chiang Mai. Walking distance to the old town and Nimman it was the best location for our needs. In a quiet side street away from the main road. So good we rebooked this place after we'd driven around the Mae Hong Son loop for 6 days. Access to a coin op laundry in the building was great too. Very happy with both our stays.

It was very new and clean and well equipped. We had a spacious downstairs room with outdoor seating, a large fridge in our room and microwave. There was enough water provided for our stay with daily cleaning an option. 7/11 is a short walk away and lots of nearby restaurants. Also an onsite laundry and small gym. You can use the pool over the road at the lotus hotel for 100b a day.
