Aerul condiționat

Am revenit la Hotel Aplus după o săptămână și, din păcate, am observat câteva neplăceri. Gunoiul de pe balcon era încă acolo, balcoanele nu erau curate, iar în cameră lipsea al doilea prosop de baie, curățenia fiind făcută doar superficial. În schimb, micul dejun a fost acceptabil, iar doamna de la recepție/serviciu, foarte drăguță și mereu zâmbitoare, a lăsat o impresie plăcută. Cred că, dacă s-ar acorda mai multă atenție detaliilor legate de curățenie, experiența ar fi mult mai bună.Lenjeria de pat nu parea schimbată,era pur si simplu un cearșaf mototolit aruncat peste pat, iar între paturi de mult nu s-a dat cu aspiratorul!

Für Familien Top! Sehr Groß und perfekte Matratzen und kissen!

Nachtdienst Personal(Ein Rentner ) der bei allen Fragen keine Ahnung Antwortet! Er ignoriert auch alle Fragen! Null Ahnung mit service Empfang! Hauptsache ist einer Nachts da Taktik !! Muss punkte abziehen deswegen leider! Alle meine Kredit Daten waren Angegeben jedoch macht Druck Bar zu Zahlen!

In one of the rooms there was a unfinished construction on the wall and In the other room there were no big towels only two small ones.
