Sweet Home Kemer Apartments

Everything looks good, but it's just before your arrival! Even though the hotel was informed of your arrival time, they failed to notify you that neither of the two reserved rooms was available for check-in that day. No worries. You have not had hot water for 8 days and cannot shower? No air conditioning for 4 days? Who cares? Is the cooktop and clothes rack not even fixed during your stay? Take it easy. Dirty rooms, towels, dishes, mold in the bathrooms, furniture falling apart- it’s ok.

The staff's attitudes are unacceptable; some lie, refuse to take responsibility, and show indifference. I don't even need to say anything because the property's response to any negative review speaks for itself. We didn't see any reviews before booking the apartments, which unfortunately turned out to be a mistake. I have never seen such unprofessional behavior from someone working in the service sector. Do they even comprehend the basics of good customer service? I believe you know the answer! We have traveled across four continents, visited dozens of cities, and stayed in countless hotels, yet this is the first time we have ever felt compelled to write a negative review about a hotel.

The location is good. Probably not the best for the winter stay, cause most of the shops and restaurants were closed. The staff was friendly and really tried to help.

The facilities look good in the pictures but not so good when you start to use them. Quite many things are not working or not finished. The building looks quite new, but the walls are peeling in some places because of the moisture. The lock to the toilet is not locking. The cattle didn't work. We had 2 electricity blackouts in the district for a few hours during 4 days of our stay. The conditioners were not working, however, it was not so cold in the room. And finally, we had to leave on the 4th day of our stay (interested of 20 planned) because we found bedbugs in the apartment!!! I will not recommend this place at all!

We booked 3 nights here so we could do some sight seeing before me moved on to Belek and all that the all inclusive had to offer. The apartment was clean, peaceful and well equipped with all we needed to enjoy our break. Joshua met us and showed us round and gave us all the information we needed. Excellent value for money and we Couldn't have asked for more. 10 out of 10.
