Man kann auf dem Balkon kaum Sitzen, weil die Küche des Restaurants direkt darunter ist und es ständig nach Essen riecht.

The location was really good. We liked the view. The staff were super helpful. The washmachine has 14 minutes express program which was really good.

They are not a big problem but I will add some notes: There are no mosquito nets on the bedroom window. The toilet flush is very weak, we had to use an extra bucket. The oven is not working but stove is working. There is a bad smell from the sink in the kitchen at night and in the morning. This is not a problem specific to this building, it is in all houses in that area. Although I wrote the negative part, they are not a big problem, if I go to Fethiye, I will choose this place again. I also recommended it to all my friends.

View. Breath taking view of babadag mountain and hills along with the beautiful sea and boats and wind surfers. Sounds of the sea. I play beach doumds to relax. Ive never woke up to such a sound in my life. Incredible! Comfortable bed. It's memory foam. Kitchen. Hot water, counter space, stove top. I think we were the first to bake in the oven! Washing machine. Clean clothes are important! Balcony. The restaurants open their roofs at night and you can see all the people and watch the baker make bubble bread. You can air dry your towels over the glass rail. Working air conditioning. Did a great job cooling off the room and there was no additional daily fee to use it. Large shower with a small vent window to see the mountain and hear the waves. Romantic setting. It's really all so lovely.

No clothes line or rack to dry clothes. No instruction book for foreign appliances. Were not ready for us to check in even though we arrived 1.5 hours after check in. Tried to give us the first floor cheaper room even after he took a picture of my passport. Tried to let someone else in our room while we were staying there. Had no idea who we were yet the neighboring businesses somehow called us by name. Had to ask for clean sheet. We got an old patched one and when we first layed on it the pressure from my elbow ripped the old sheet. Then i noticed there were black body hairs all over the bed. When i emailed the guys in charge he got very accusatory. He did end up apologizing genuinely but there was still such a cold unwelcoming vibe. Even though we kept getting starters to eat at the reataurants they ran below and of course tipping well. The two young guys that look like brothers were a bit cold. The older gentleman who always took our pastrami humus order seemed like a very happy guy living his best life. Also, it's pretty much a honey moon suite penthouse and theres no plastic covering of any kind on the mattress to clean and with the lower level of housekeeping that is present here, the mattress and frame is most definitely unsanitary. We had to ask for water for the fridge and handsoap in the bathroom. I guess it's customary to have dirty dishes in the aparthotels drawers and cabinets so i went to wash the dishes but the old scrubbing pad was sour from sitting wet in the heat. The wash machine leaked for reasons we arent sure and we woke up to find water travelled across the floor all the way to the tub. Which was very scary because the plug to the tv was on an electrical strip sitting on the floor right near the water. As were all our phone chargers. Terrifying. It did not leak again after that. *Pro tip: the handwash cotton setting in the machine means only TWO items. My speed queen wash at home does full loads on handwash no problem.

We didn’t get the penthouse apartment depicted in the pictures and we booked based on the pictures. We were mid-sold as we would never have booked the basic rooms we were given. Very low water pressure meant toilet didn’t flush and weak electric shower. Bed was almost collapsing.

The property was clean, comfortable and had all the facilities you would expect from a spacious apartment, but most of all the location ! Right on the promenade, the views were amazing. Highly recommended

Nothing not to like. We asked for a couple of things during our holiday, which considering the owners are also running 2 restaurants, we didn’t get what we asked for, but it didn’t cause any real issues
