Смачна кава(не потрібно зранку виходити в пошуках кав'ярні). Дуже затишно "по-домашньому"))). Не потрібно таскати з собою ключі і перейматися, щоб їх загубити! Окремий вхід. Гарне розташування - все поряд і навіть дуже смачні суші. Не хотілося виїжджати))

Хитався унітаз.
