I have stayed here 4 times now so the repeat visits are an indication that it is a good place to stay . You get a spotlessly clean basic apartment in the best location in Nha Trang for the cost of a hotel room . If you want a really quiet experience book a balcony with no view apartment.

The only negative is that about two thirds of the time there is no hot water. If you can live with that then this is excellent value for money.

Because the effects of Covid-19, so the Owner decided cut all staff to save the cost, so now don’t have Receptionist 24/24. But the price is very cheap, so I sympathized with that.

Everything is perfect for me. Love the way the couple of owner running that place, for sure will stay there again for anytime I come back to visit Nha Trang.

The apartment was spacious, exceptionaly clean and everything worked. The owner made a real effort to make sure that I understood how everything worked in the apartment. The location is very central to rhe tourist district. The tv had international channels. It was very quiet at night. The fan and air conditioner worked realky well. The price was really cheap for what you got. I will stay there again.

It is not suitable if you have a motorbike as there is no one at reception at night and for most of the day. The gate was sometimes left unlocked by guests. It is really only a problem if you have a motorcycle as the room door locks are excellent. There was no microwave in my apartment. These two things are not going to bother most guests.

Very comfortable and well organized room with full sunlight and a nice mountain view. It's located in small alley and avoided crowd and noise from downtown street.
