MyLan Hotel is spotless & modern, just 4 mins walk to the central Xuan Huong lake. Haat, the manager was very helpful in arranging my Grab food delivery, and early morning airport transfer. Yes, will stay here again.

The apartman was very spacious and clean. Location is perfect.

They don't have a 24 hour reception but whenever I texted Hanah she was very nice and responsive and helped us.

Large first floor apartment, well furnished with loads of space. Very good value for money. Great to have cooking facilities for fresh produce from the market. Central location with restaurants and shops nearby. Helpful and friendly host who booked a tour for us.

The towels were thin.

The room is spacy, with lot of sunlight (not so hot). Hot water working great. Good location, walking distance to the night market and Xuan Huong lake. The best of all is the very lovely staff. She is very friendly and helpful. The best for the price, highly recommended.

Staff was great. Location was good.

We had to change rooms after the 2nd night to the apartment on the first floor. The traffic was very noisy all night from the apartment. The beds were a little hard.
