FLC Sea Tower Quy Nhơn - Homostay

A unique situation to Quy Nhon perhaps, where the properties are privatly owned apartments and rented out thru Booking .com. Having said that, the apartment in this Homostay review was on the 25th floor of the FLC Sea Tower building. The apartment was more than large enough for two people, with the normal facilities for cooking etc. Including a washing machine on the balcony, which is very handy for people who have been on the road for a while. The owner welcomed us in the early morning, (6.30 am) of day 1 and basically left us alone until we checked out after 4 nights. The area is within 300 metres of the beach and surrounded by restaurants and entertainment, with a coffee and breakfast shop in the lobby of the building. The owner Mr Anh was a nice fellow and very helpful. Would we stay here again? Yes we would.

Everything was fine, but the floor of the apartment should have been cleaned before we arrived.

The room was big and tidy, with all necessary equipment's you need. I founded it, as recently renovated or new build. It had a perfect sea view from the balcony. You can get breakfast, just down stairs at the cafe.

The only thing, that staff do not speak English, it was quite difficult to get the keys, but if you have translator app, it could be easily solved.

Hard to book and obtain the key if one does not speak Vietnamese

Cool weather. Wide swimming pool. Comfortable staying. Good service quality.

nice little apartment with a good view for not too much money

As a Westerner, it is difficult to communicate with the Vietnamese Condo owners.....

Our stay was very pleasant. The hotel was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Staff was helpful and friendly. The location suited our needs.

We enjoyed the atmosphere and the view of this place. Good food. Nice people. Worth the money.

My family and I had a great time here. Beautiful hotel, attentive staff, friendly other guests. Definitely come back another time.
