Executive Suites on MD

Location is great.

It’s been 9 days since I checked out and I still have not received my R1500 refund for the breakage deposit fee even though they had initially told me that it would take 5 days. No proper communication from them and I’m hearing different stories. I’m starting to feel concerned that I have been scammed.

That it was cheap and closer to the garage

The bed was worn out, it's uncomfortable The door couldn't lock The towels weren't clean or presentable

It was clean and in a very quiet neighborhood.

The Wi-Fi and TV didn't work at all as advertised, despite complaining to the staff upon arrival, nothing was done about it. Also, had no clean towels or bath soap. Towels were only brought in the evening.

Everything about it was good

I liked everything about the suite. Just few things mentioned below , that needs to be taken care of. Keep it up with yhe good standard

Matrass was not comfortable at all. Also the bedside cupboards need to be taken care of. And thr Alarm system- siren kept ringing

We thought that the facility was more than adequate as a means of leisurely relaxation for an elderly couple. Budget-wise, it is very affordable and amenities were in abundance for preparing meals. I actually enjoyed the space for walkin within the proximity of the property as a means of exercise.

1. TV was non functioning, however communication was good i.t.o. malfunction from Staff. 2. As a person suffering from epilepsy, I found breathing difficult in the room due to no air-conditioning and spent my time mostly outdoors. 3. As tourists, we expected a barbeque facility outdoors.

Another Tennant knocking in my Window not sure what happened to their key and had to Wake up to open for him

I would like to provide some feedback about my stay, as there were several issues that made it disappointing. Firstly, the bed was very uncomfortable due to the springs, and the room’s cleanliness was not up to standard. The floors were dirty and hadn’t been mopped for over five days, the showers were not cleaned properly, and water would flow out onto the bathroom floor after use. Most importantly, the communication was extremely poor. Despite informing the reception that we would arrive between 17:00 and 18:00, we still had to call them to open the gate for us. We ran out of airtime trying to reach them, and they didn’t return our call, forcing us to buy more airtime to get in touch. This lack of responsiveness was very frustrating. Additionally, the WiFi, which is advertised as free, was limited to certain hours, which was misleading and inconvenient.
