Dear Michael, this is Heather Crous but booking done under Stuart Crous apartment Lasafina no102 Following our call yesterday, I would like to formally share some feedback regarding our stay. As I mentioned, we were quite disappointed to find that the apartment provided was not up to the standard we expected when booking at Majorca. While I am not writing this to seek compensation or free services, I believe these points are critical for staff training and management oversight: Cleanliness Issues: The shower was visibly dirty upon arrival (as shown in the photos I sent), and we found a hand towel with what appeared to be makeup stains. This suggests a need for the cleaning manager to more closely inspect rooms before guest arrival. Missing Amenities: There was no fan in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable. Smoking Nuisance: We experienced the smell of marijuana coming into our apartment from another unit. This significantly impacted our stay, as the smoke was entering our living space and I thought that smoking in your apartments are forbidden Sleep Disruption: The outside light is exceptionally bright and prevented us from sleeping properly. Room Allocation: My husband specifically booked at Majorca, but we felt "shoved" into this particular unit simply because we arrived after 17:00. My goal in sharing this is to ensure that the cleaning staff receive the correct training and that the management team implements a more detailed checking process for all units. We value the property and hope these insights help you maintain the high standards Majorca is known for. Thank you for your time and for looking into these matters.

Location in the island

Couple of the staff. Young girl saying we didn’t have a dedicated park spot when we found easy enough. When questioned they ignored me.

The view

Very poor and cheap decor, curtains were hanging off the rail, towels need to be replaced . Photos were very deceiving. Will not recommend.

I liked the location. It was central to where I wanted to be. The staff including security were very friendly & very helpful. After complaining about the cleanliness of the apartment, the manager came to see me & apologised, brought a new kettle, a box of chocolates, got someone else to clean the kitchen properly. Even though it looked better than before, it was still not cleaned properly but i appreciated the gesture. I am still waiting for my email with a discount for my next stay once the apartment has been revamped ;-)

The kitchen was filthy. The dishwasher inside was disgusting & not working (which was not mentioned) The kitchen cupboard doors & handles were sticky from the dirt. When I touched the top of the fridge, my hand was black from the dust. The previous people's food & drinks were still in the fridge. The kettle & toaster were beyond disgusting. The laminate floors looked like it has seen better days, scuffed & broken & so are the walls, in need of a serious clean & paint. Even the dining room chairs looked like it was standing outside & ruined by the sun & birds. The bedding was also dirty. The kitchen blinds had dirt caked on it as well as rust. The place is serviced every day, but not once was it dusted. I arrived late the evening, travelling with a 3-year-old & my elderly mother & was not happy walking into a place like this.
