Very disappointing stay. The level of hygiene was clearly below standard, with a strong urine smell coming from the kitchen sink. There was no toilet paper upon arrival, and the shower area was overflowing, which made the experience quite unpleasant. This is especially disappointing as my two previous stays, although slightly cheaper, were far more enjoyable and significantly cleaner. I had previously appreciated the in-room amenities and the basic services provided. That being said, I would like to acknowledge that the staff responded quickly to our concerns. Unfortunately, despite their responsiveness, I would not return.
