excellent location. Absolutely beautiful there. Would highly recommend if you are a golfer - Great golf course, stunning views. Pearl Valley facilities are amazing! Wine farms are close by and many excellent restaurants. Would definitely visit again. Paarl and surrounding areas are lovely with many activities to choose from. Collen the apartment agent was efficient and helpful.

possibly send a list of the list activities that are there - we didnt know there were soccer, tennis, paddle facilities so we didnt pack any equipment.

The property sits on a golf course and has stunning Mountain views. The apartment was nicely furnished.

The air conditioning in guest room did not work and given the warm weather, it was uncomfortable. The bathroom had a terrible smell of sewage. Although this was reported and a serviceman attended, the two problems were not resolved despite the smell being a known issue. In addition, the guests are required to validate a 4 page detailed full inventory or be charged for missing items. This took 20 minutes and we noted more than 6 items missing upon check in, which we reported (and thus not responsible for). For these reasons I would not recommend this property.

We loved the facilities and the cleanliness of the apartment. It was exactly what we needed. All the necessary information was provided before we arrived and instructions were very clear. Every staff member we encountered during our stay was helpful and efficient
