The friendliness of one of the receptionist,the staff

One of receptionist need some training in how to treat guests.Failing to do things previously agreed upon eg arrangement for coffee & tea arranged for 08H00..It appears that there is a lack of proper or clear communication during shifts of receptionists.

Clean linen and towels. Beautiful garden and landscaping. Very friendly staff

No shade for vehicle or outside seating. Dirty outside seating. No counter space in bathroom to put toiletries etc. No mirror/full length mirror in bedroom ro do hair/makeup/check clothes

The room was very clean and comfortable for me and my family.

I didn't the 10% discount voucher on my arrival like it said but other than that I will definitely go back to book again.
